Opening an Account

Opening an account with NewEraCap.com is easy. Simply click Sign In, and fill out the "Create an Account" section. An account offers you a safe, easy and fast way to order. It also serves as a way to view your order history and track your orders.

Managing Your Account

It's easy to change your email address, password, personal information, communication preferences and saved shopping bags for your New Era account.

  1. Sign-in to your "My Account" page (located at the top of each page).
  2. Click on section you'd like to change from the left side menu.
  3. Update your information as needed.
  4. Click "Save" to submit your changes..

View Order History

Your Order History lets you review your current and past orders and get updates on your order status. To view your Order History, follow these steps:

  1. Sign-in to your "My Account" page (located at the top of each page).
  2. From the left menu, click "ORDER HISTORY"

Track Your Order

You will be notified by email when your package ships, this email will include a tracking number. If you're not sure whether or not your order has shipped, check the status of your recent orders in My Account. Tracking information may not be available until the following business day.

Please Note: Only orders that have been taken by a shipping carrier and have a "shipped" status can be tracked. Not all orders will be given a tracking status by the shipping carrier. Tracking is not applied to orders that have a "Processing" status.


Forgot Password

On the Sign In page there is a link underneath the email address and password fields for "Forgot My Password". Fill in the information associated with your account and we will send you an email to the email address on your account with instructions on changing your password.
