NEW ERA x SPIKE LEE AUTOGRAPH APPEARANCE

Guests with a valid ticket to the New York Yankees game at Yankee Stadium on August 30, 2026, may be eligible to receive an autograph from Spike Lee at the New Era activation at Yankee Stadium from 12:15 PM to 1:15 PM ET, subject to availability and the terms below.

• Autographs are available only to guests with a valid ticket to the August 30, 2026,New York Yankees game.

• The location of this event will take place at the New Era Team Store at Yankees Stadium (200 level).

• Limit one (1) autograph per person unless otherwise approved by New Era in its sole discretion.

• Any authentic New Era cap may be presented for autograph, provided, however, that New Era reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to designate specific New Era cap styles, collections, or products as the only items eligible for autographing.

• No merchandise, memorabilia, photographs, trading cards, artwork, apparel, or other items that are not New Era caps may be presented for autograph.

• Autographs are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability, event capacity, security requirements, venue restrictions, and time limitations.

• New Era reserves the right to limit participation, manage lines, distribute wristbands, require advance registration, establish priority access procedures, or otherwise modify the autograph process in its sole discretion.

• New Era does not guarantee that every eligible guest will receive an autograph.

• Meet-and-greet participation is subject to event capacity, schedule, and availability. Talent appearances are subject to change or cancellation without notice. Autographs and photographs are not guaranteed. Event organizers reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the event at any time.

• If the autograph session is modified, delayed, shortened, relocated, or canceled, New Era shall have no obligation to provide a substitute appearance, autograph opportunity, compensation, refund, or other consideration except as may be required by applicable law.

• Any conduct deemed unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or inconsistent with venue, event, talent, or New Era policies may result in removal from the autograph line and/or disqualification from participation.

• By participating, guests acknowledge and agree that photographs, video recordings, livestreams, and other media may be captured during the event and may be used by New Era, its affiliates, licensees, and designees for promotional, advertising, editorial, and related business purposes without further notice or compensation, except where prohibited by law.

• Void where prohibited by law.

• All decisions of New Era regarding the administration of the autograph appearance are final.
