SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The NEW ERA “MLB’S BIGGEST FAN” SWEEPSTAKES (the "Sweepstakes") entry period is from September 1, 2025 at 12:00 PM Eastern Time through September 30, 2025 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

ELIGIBILITY, RESIDENCY AND AGE: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States (the “Territory”) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry (19 or older in AL and NE; 21 or older in MS) (each, a “Participant”). Employees, officers, representatives or agents of Sponsor, the MLB Entities (as defined below), and their affiliated entities and subsidiaries, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children, in-laws, grandparents, grandchildren), are not eligible to enter. “MLB Entities” means the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball (“BOC”), its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P. (“MLB”), Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, the Major League Baseball Clubs (“Clubs”), each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated, and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC, and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, and agents of the foregoing entities. This Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. VOID anywhere outside of the Territory and VOID WHERE PROHIBITED, TAXED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES: You may enter by going to https://www.neweracap.com/pages/nothing-beats-real, clicking on the icon to access the entry form during the Sweepstakes Period and (1) entering your first name, last name, date of birth, zip code, e-mail address, and confirming that you are eighteen (18) years of age or older and agree to the Official Rules, Privacy Policy and UGC Terms and Conditions, (2) providing your favorite Authentic Cap silhouette and (3) uploading your story in your own words detailing your connection to your MLB team and your fandom. Upon completing the entry method, and subject to the conditions below and herein, you will automatically be entered into the Sweepstakes. Proof of entry submission does not equate to proof of receipt. LIMIT OF ONE ENTRY PER PERSON. If more than one entry is submitted, only the first entry will be entered into the Sweepstakes and all other entries will be disregarded. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to enter will be deemed to be the Participant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

Any attempt by any person to submit more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different accounts or any other methods will void that person’s entry and that person will be disqualified. Automated entries (including but not limited to any entries submitted using any robot, script, macro or other automated service) are not permitted and will be disqualified. All entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and receipt of entries will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, mutilated, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries; all such entries will be disqualified. No facsimiles, mechanical reproductions, alterations or forged entries are permitted.

CONTENT RESTRICTIONS: Participants must not include any of the following (the "Content Restrictions") in any entry: (a) nudity, pornography, adult-oriented content, or any other explicit material; (b) materials relating to lotteries or gambling; (c) profanity, images of violence, or promotion of illegal activities; (d) content in violation of intellectual property rights or laws; (e) libelous, defamatory, disparaging, tortious, or slanderous materials; (f) content that denigrates, disparages, or reflects negatively on MLB Entities, their owners and employees, or the game of baseball; (g) tobacco, e-cigarettes, alcohol, or drugs; (h) dangerous stunts; (i) real weapons of any kind including, but not limited to, guns, knives, or projectiles; (j) material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred, or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, age, or any other basis protected by federal, state, territory, provincial or local law, ordinance, or regulation; (k) individuals under legal age of majority without providing a signed release from parent or legal guardian; (l) audio and/or visual content owned by any third party (e.g., recorded music; pre-produced video, etc.); and (m) material that is unlawful or otherwise in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any state/territory/province where the entry is created. Any entry that does not comply with the foregoing, as determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor, will be disqualified.

SELECTING THE SWEEPSTAKES WINNERS: At the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, one (1) winner will be randomly selected from amongst all entries to win the Prize.

PRIZE: One (1) grand prize winner will receive (i) two (2) tickets to attend Game 1 of the 2025 MLB World Series and (ii) $2,000 cash, which may be used for transportation, lodging, meals for winner and up to one guest (collectively, the “Prize”). The retail value of the Prize is valued at approximately $3,800. The winner is responsible for booking travel expenses in their sole discretion. Seat location at the game to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Winner is solely responsible for all costs and expenses (including, without limitation, gratuities, meals, ground transportation, incidentals, and any other costs) that are associated with traveling to and attending the game and are not being provided as part of the Prize, as well as all taxes of any kind (federal, state, or local) associated with receipt of the Prize and Sponsor makes no representation or warranty that the monetary components of this Prize are sufficient to cover all such expenses and/or tax obligations. Winner and their guest must be able to attend the Sponsor-selected game or winner will forfeit the Prize in its entirety. The odds of winning depend on the number of Participants and eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The winner is responsible for any and all other expenses related to his/her acceptance of the Prize, including but not limited to those related to any device, platform, and/or internet service that may be necessary to participate in the administration of the Prize. The winner is also responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, including completion of W-9 taxation forms. If winner’s guest is a minor, winner must be the parent or legal guardian of such guest.

NOTIFICATION TO WINNER: Winner will be notified via direct message, email or phone call to the information provided by Participant upon entry into the Sweepstakes. If a potential winner cannot be reached OR in the event a potential winner does not accept the prize or fails to comply with these rules and requirements, the Prize will be forfeited. Upon Prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given and New Era will have sole discretion to select another winner. The Prize is non-transferable; the Prize cannot be substituted for another prize; the Prize cannot be sold; and the Prize cannot be redeemed for cash from Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that the Prize is unavailable. The winner shall be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, General Liability and/or other documents if required by Sponsor when such winner claims his/her prize. Failure by the winner to sign any requested documents or failure by the winner to comply with any terms in these Official Rules may disqualify the winner in New Era’s sole discretion and winner may forfeit his or her interest in the Prize.

CLAIMING THE PRIZE: To claim the prize, the winner must sign and return to the Sponsor within three (3) days of being contacted by Sponsor an Affidavit of Eligibility, General Liability and/or Publicity Release where permitted by law and/or other documents as required by Sponsor.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: This Sweepstakes is intended for participation in the United States only and shall be construed only according to United States law. Participants agree the Sweepstakes is governed by New York state law.

ADDITIONAL TERMS: Any other attempted form of entry not specified herein is prohibited; no automatic, programmed, robotic or similar means of entry are permitted.

Sponsor, the MLB Entities, and each of their respective affiliates, partners and sweepstakes and advertising agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, telephone or other communications malfunctions, errors or failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, unauthorized human intervention, traffic congestion, incomplete or inaccurate capture of entry information (regardless of cause) or failed, incomplete, garbled, jumbled or delayed computer transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic, which may occur in the distribution of prizes in this Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Sweepstakes should it determine, in its sole discretion, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such case, Sponsor will select the winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor.

Potential winner(s) may be subject to a background check of any and all records at Sponsor’s sole discretion, including without limitation, civil and criminal court records and police reports, and entry into this Sweepstakes constitutes consent for Sponsor to conduct such background check.
