This one-of-a-kind design is part of a special collection supporting the Patricia Allen Fund.

Born with a single functioning kidney, Isaac's life changed when declining kidney function led to a diagnosis of end-stage renal disease at Golisano Children's Hospital of Buffalo (GCH Buffalo). Since then, the care and support of his medical team have helped this 14-year-old manage ongoing dialysis treatments while continuing to focus on the things that matter most to him.

For Isaac, few things are more meaningful than watching the sunset with his family. Those moments inspired the design of his Billustration cap, with colors drawn from the evening sky and a green snapback chosen to represent kidney disease awareness.

The result is a cap that reflects both the strength of Isaac's journey and the simple moments that continue to bring him joy.
