After undergoing an intensive neurosurgical procedure at Golisano Children's Hospital of Buffalo (GCH Buffalo), Caleb has worked tirelessly through physical therapy and recovery, gaining the strength to stand and walk. With the support of his leg braces, he continues moving toward his next goal: running.

For his Billustration cap, Caleb chose a design that's as joyful and unique as he is. A rainbow unicorn takes center stage, complete with leg braces just like his own, a playful reflection of both his imagination and his journey.
