The Buffalo Bills Billustration by Grace 9SEVENTY Stretch-Snap features an embroidered Josh Allen Bills logo at the front panels paired with original artwork created by a child receiving care through Golisano Children's Hospital of Buffalo. This one-of-a-kind design is part of a special collection supporting the Patricia Allen Fund.

Eye swelling initially thought to be a sinus infection led then eight-year-old Grace to three different hospital admissions at Golisano Children’s Hospital of Buffalo (GCH Buffalo) because of orbital cellulitis. Brought on while fighting COVID, orbital cellulitis is a serious bacterial infection of the tissues behind the eye socket, which was further complicated by a head-to-toe rash that spread throughout Grace’s body, requiring long stays in the Patricia Allen Pediatric Recovery Wing at GCH Buffalo.

Now a healthy 12 year old, some of life's best moments for Grace are spent by the water. Inspired by her love of the beach and the sense of calm that comes with it, she chose a coastal color palette that captures the tranquility and beauty of her favorite place.

Grace also incorporated another passion into her Billustration cap: golf. As an avid golfer herself, she included golf-inspired details throughout the design, a nod to both the sport she enjoys and her admiration for fellow golf enthusiast Josh Allen.

The result is a cap that reflects Grace's interests, personality, and the places that make her feel most at home.
