This one-of-a-kind design is part of a special collection supporting the Patricia Allen Fund.

When Jack was four years old, a series of seizures and behavioral challenges led him and his family to Golisano Children's Hospital of Buffalo (GCH Buffalo). There, with the guidance of dedicated doctors, nurses, and specialists, Jack received an autism diagnosis and the support his family needed to move forward with confidence.

For his Billustration cap, Jack drew inspiration from the thing he loves most: color. Every panel was thoughtfully chosen, creating a design that feels as vibrant, unique, and expressive as Jack himself.
