The Buffalo Bills Billustration by Killian 59FIFTY Fitted Cap features an embroidered Josh Allen Bills logo at the front panels paired with original artwork created by a child receiving care through Golisano Children's Hospital of Buffalo. This one-of-a-kind design is part of a special collection supporting the Patricia Allen Fund.

What began as a routine trip to the emergency room led to an unexpected diagnosis for Killian, age 9. After experiencing persistent headaches, he was diagnosed with sagittal craniosynostosis, a condition that caused his skull to fuse too early in infancy. Through the care of the specialists at Golisano Children's Hospital of Buffalo (GCH Buffalo), Killian underwent surgery to create more room for his brain to grow and help relieve the symptoms he was experiencing. Years later, he returned for an additional procedure to reduce the appearance of his surgical scar.

For his Billustration cap, Killian chose a split-color design to represent the two surgeries that played such an important role in his journey. He also included an axolotl, his favorite animal, adding a personal touch that reflects his interests and personality.

The result is a cap that tells a story of growth, resilience, and the unique perspective that makes Killian who he is.
