Payment Options

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Electronic Gift Cards. All orders must be prepaid.

Please Note:
Credit Cards are authorized at the time the order is placed but not charged until the order is shipped. Debit and Bank Check Cards may reflect deduction of funds immediately upon order. For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match this criteria.


Redeeming Promotion Codes

To redeem a promotion code, simply input your promotion code on the Shopping Cart page, at the beginning of the checkout process, then click the 'Apply Code' button. If valid, your discount will be applied and shown in your cart.

*Only one promotion code may be redeemed per order.
*Some restrictions apply for promotional code usage.


Fraud Prevention

In order to protect both you and us from fraudulent transactions, we reserve the right to verify any order for fraud prevention purposes. This verification may be made by phone or email.

This may result in delays to 2nd Day and Next Day Air orders.

If we are unable to verify order information within 48 hours, the order will be cancelled and we will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you as soon as possible.

We are working to protect our customers from the high cost of fraud so that we can continue to provide a large inventory of competitively priced products and a positive online shopping experience.


Shipping Options & Rates

Please note: orders do not ship same day - most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders do not ship on weekends or national holidays. Delivery estimates are based on the day shipped and not the day ordered. Orders with Standard Shipping are sent through the UPS SurePost network which uses the USPS last-mile delivery. If you have any concerns about delivery or availability, please contact Customer Care using the Help button at the bottom of the page.

Standard Ground (7-10 business days) - Delivered by local post office

FREE for pre-tax orders over $75.00

$8.00 for all pre-tax orders of $74.99 or less

Expedited - Ground (2-4 business days) - $15.00

Express - Air (1-3 business days) - $25.00


Please note orders shipping outside of the Continental United States will follow the below delivery schedule:

Guam: 2-4 Weeks

Puerto Rico: 7-10 Days

Hawaii: 7-10 Days

Alaska: 7-10 Days


Your shipping confirmation email will provide an updated package arrival time.Tracking availability varies based on the types of items purchased, the selected shipping method, and the carrier of your item. Please note, it may take up to 48 hours for a carrier to scan your order into it's tracking system. This means your tracking number may not provide updates for up to 48 hours.


International Shipping

Due to shipping regulations we do not ship orders outside of the United States. Please visit the respective region website to place orders in your area. Links to other regional sites can be found in the footer of the website.

Rules & Restrictions

  • Orders are processed and shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
  • Occasionally, the Distribution Center will be closed due to a holiday or our yearly physical inventory. No orders will be processed or shipped when the Distribution Center is closed.
  • Please allow for additional shipping and handling time for all orders to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and military addresses.
  • Some items sold on our website require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items. We comply with these regulations; therefore, the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible.

Tracking Your Order

You will be notified by email when your package ships, this email will include a tracking number. If you're not sure whether or not your order has shipped, check the status of your recent orders in the Order History section of My Account.

Tracking information may not be available until the following business day.
