Two questions first

1. Do you want an exact, sized fit or adjustable? Fitted caps require knowing your hat size (New Era's standard sizing runs 7 through 8). The payoff is a precise fit with no strap at the back. Adjustable caps work without knowing your size and let you dial in the fit yourself.

2. Flat visor or curved visor? Flat visors are structured and bold. Curved visors are relaxed. It mostly comes down to style preference, and can depend on which silhouette family you're in.

59FIFTY®: The Fitted

Fit: Numeric sizing | Visor: Flat | Crown: High, fully structured | Closure: Fitted

This is the cap MLB®, NFL, and NBA teams wear on the field. Same silhouette, same high crown, same flat visor. It's is also the silhouette most collectors focus on, since official on-field colorways, limited releases, and team-specific variations often come in the 59FIFTY® first. To wear it correctly, you need to know your hat size.

To figure out your cap size, measure with a flexible tape about half an inch above your eyebrows and ears, directly where the sweatband will rest around your head. It should feel comfortably snug, not too tight. Convert your measurement from centimeters or inches to a Fitted size using the sizing chart. If you’re between sizes, we recommend rounding up.
