Growing up on a farm in Firebaugh, California, Allen received no NCAA Division I offers while playing high school football at Firebaugh High School.
2014
Reedley College
Allen attended junior college at Reedley, where he averaged 285.3 passing yards per game, ranking 7th among California junior colleges.
2015
University of Wyoming
After an injury set him back in his first season, Allen returned in 2016 as Wyoming's starter, throwing for over 3,200 yards and 28 touchdowns. He then decided to stay for the 2017 season after considering entering the draft.
2018
Buffalo Bills
After being drafted seventh overall by the Buffalo Bills in the 2018 NFL Draft, Josh Allen has garnered three Pro Bowl selections, two Second-Team All-Pro honors, and the 2024 NFL Most Valuable Player award.
